Little Red House Design, LLC ("we") collects only what you send us through the contact form: your name, email address, and message. We use it to reply to you. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site. Form submissions are handled by our hosting provider, Netlify.

Personal Gmail tool

The owner of Little Red House Design uses a private, single-user software tool, shown to Google as "Little Red House Design", to read and organize the owner's own Gmail account. It is not offered to the public, and no one else signs in to it.

The tool requests two Google permissions, Gmail "modify" and Gmail "settings basic", on the owner's own account. It uses Gmail data only to search, read, label, and manage the owner's own messages when the owner asks. It does not use Gmail data for advertising, does not sell it, and does not transfer it to third parties. No person other than the owner reads that data, except where the law requires.

The tool's access token is stored on the owner's private server. Message content is processed in the owner's own tools and is not kept in a shared database. The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke the tool's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
